SOFT TISSUE WORK

Soft tissue work is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues. The most common techniques are myofascial release, active release technique, Gua Sha, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage massage. The purpose of massage is to help reduce stress, lessen pain and muscle tightness, increase relaxation, and improve the work of the immune system.

CUPPING

REHAB EXERCISES & STRETCHING

DRY NEEDLING

An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Rehabilitation exercise aims to bring back full function following injury through restoring muscle strength, endurance, power, and improving flexibility. Targeted stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints. Better flexibility can also improve your performance in physical activities and decrease your risk of injuries.

A treatment that is used for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. With this technique, a provider inserts thin needles into or near your trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This helps relieve pain and improve your range of motion.
